Ingrid Alvarado

Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Commercial Law from the University of Groningen and has built her career specialising in regulatory and commercial matters within the iGaming sector. She has developed a strong focus on compliance across a wide range of regulated markets and is highly experienced in advising tier-one operators and software providers on market entry, compliance frameworks, and regulatory reporting.

Ingrid has served as a primary liaison between businesses and regulators in multiple jurisdictions, managing licence applications, regulatory audits, and ongoing compliance obligations. Her work spans the full lifecycle of gaming operations—supporting clients from initial market-launch strategy through to long-term regulatory management.

Her industry experience includes working with multinational gaming groups, suppliers, and stakeholders in both established and emerging markets, particularly across LATAM. Ingrid has worked for entities such as Soft2Bet and the iGaming Group, and was Betsson Group’s first Lead Compliance Manager for LATAM in Colombia.
